Kujakowice Górne Commune Harvest Festival

On Sunday, August 17, 2025, Kujakowice Górne will become the center of the local Harvest Festival celebrations. Everything will take place on the LZS sports field, where a multitude of attractions – both traditional and entertaining – will await from the early afternoon.

This year’s Harvest Festival will begin at 1:00 PM with a solemn Harvest Mass at the Church of St. Stanislaus the Bishop and Martyr. Immediately following, at 2:15 PM, a colorful Harvest Festival procession will set off, accompanied by the brass band from Łowkowice – always one of the most spectacular parts of the festival.

The official opening of the Harvest Festival is scheduled for 3:00 PM, with speeches, the presentation of wreaths, and thanks to the farmers for their year-long efforts. Then, at 4:00 PM, the artistic portion will begin. Biesiada Polska, Tomasz Calicki with Silesian songs, the Kasubovci band and the OMEGA group, which will lead the evening dance party, will appear on stage.

There will also be plenty of attractions for the youngest – free inflatables and various entertainment await children. Adults and families can enjoy a delicious buffet of local dishes, cakes, drinks, and homemade specialties prepared by residents and local women’s groups. It will be a day full of laughter, dancing, socializing, and shared joy.
