On December 6, 2024, Stanisław Tym passed away – one of the giants of Polish entertainment, theater, stage, cabaret and television. This year’s “KabareTYM” will be dedicated to his memory, but it will not be a pathetic evening. Quite the opposite! This cabaret will be exactly what Staszek was: feisty, non-obvious, dynamic, surprising, ironic, satirical – and at the same time slightly lyrical, cheerful, full of depth. Stanisław’s friends and loved ones will appear on stage – those he valued, supported and inspired. Artists whom he promoted, raised, whom he supported. Stanisław Tym lived in two worlds at the same time: cabaret and acting. Both of these worlds will meet on one stage this evening. The following cabarets will perform on stage: Ani Mru Mru, Paranienormalni, Mumio, Jurki, Lubię, Rewers, Ciach and Katarzyna Pakosińska, Katarzyna Zielińska, Jacek Fedorowicz, Artur Andrus, Wiktor Zborowski, Tomasz Sapryk. On the screen in “street polls” in the style of those from Stanisław Tym’s programs: Filip Cembala, Maciej Stuhr, Jacek Braciak, Rafał Rutkowski, Mariusz Drężek. The musical setting will be provided by Marcin Partyka and his band. The Opole performance will be hosted by cabaret artists – “Jabbar”, i.e. Marcin Wójcik from Ani Mru Mru and “Guma”, i.e. Piotr Gumulec from the Chyba cabaret, and directed by Beata Harasimowicz.

Sunday, 15.06.2025 “THREE QUARTERS OF JACK CYGAN – BIRTHDAY” The hero of the first Sunday concert will be Jacek Cygan – poet, playwright, screenwriter, prose writer, translator and television personality. The Opole concert is primarily the presence of artists for whom Jacek wrote, with whom he was friends and with whom he remains friends to this day. It is also a personal story of Jacek Cygan himself – supported by archival materials – about six victories in Opole. Ryszard Rynkowski will sing two songs, even though Jacek Cygan wrote almost 70 songs for him. Famous film songs will appear – “Dumkę na dwa serca” will be sung by Edyta Górniak and Mietek Szcześniak, and one of Jacek’s greatest hits, “Jaka róża taki tierń”, will be performed by Ralph Kaminski. The concert narrative will be complemented by personal statements and performances by guests: a special piece by Magda and David Beucher or Monti’s “Czardasz” performed by Mariusz Patyra. There will be no shortage of singing together with the audience – with the participation of Andrzej Seweryn, Jacek Cygan himself and all the artists of the concert.

The host of the concert will be the Jubilarian himself, and the following will perform: Andrzej Seweryn, Grażyna Łobaszewska, Jerzy Filar, Stanisław Soyka, Ralph Kaminski, Mietek Szcześniak, Edyta Górniak, Ryszard Rynkowski, Anna Jurksztowicz, Majka Jeżowska, Piotr Cugowski, Marcin Januszkiewicz, Magda and David Beucher, Mariusz Patyra, Beata Rybotycka. The artists will be accompanied by the Opole Gospel Family choir under the direction of Katarzyna “Puma” Piasecka, as well as the Kukla Band and the Polish Radio Orchestra in Warsaw under the baton of Zygmunt Kukla. The concert will be directed by Wojciech Iwański, who prepared the script together with Jacek Cygan.
